Thank you very much for sending me photos of your cats for the newsletter, it has occurred to me that they are so

beautiful that we should have a Martlets Cattery calendar next year with 12 cats who stay at Martlets featured. What do

you think?

This is Mischou a stunningly handsome Persian Chinchilla - which means that he

is a black and silver longhaired cat You can see the black as subtle tipping at the

ends of the hair. Persian Chinchillas have lovely green eyes to complete the

ensemble. Mischou doesn't care about any of this - he lives with his mum and dad

in Willingdon , his hobbies are letting all the cats in his territory know who is boss,

eating prawns and keeping his coat in tip top condition (with his mum's help)

Katie has two brothers and lives with her mum, dad and human sister in

Polegate. She is a new addition to the cat family and as such is still training

her humans - I'm sure all you cats have gone through the same process.

Katie is a pretty tortie and white semi longhair but has had a rather rough start

in life. Still she knows she has landed on her feet now with her kind family and

hopes to have time to take up some disruptive hobbies soon.
